Web Accessibility
Baylor University is committed to creating a welcoming experience on our websites.
As part of this commitment, Baylor works to make websites accessible by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) (2.2 AA) standard as advised by the United States Department of Justice. The WCAG is a series of recommendations designed to make web content more accessible and is produced by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), a group that defines standards for the Internet.
There is no single mechanism that determines conformance with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. Baylor, however, uses a range of monitoring, design, and individual page evaluation tools to make webpages accessible.
If you have difficulty accessing or using Baylor University’s websites, please contact Baylor’s Helpdesk at helpdesk@baylor.edu or (254) 710-4357.
